1. What else can I do when I’m logged into my account?
a) You can check how many loyalty point you have collected.
b) Amend your log in details by changing your email address and password.
c) Amend your billing and shipping address details.
d) Request a change of your membership status.
e) View your wish list by clicking “Wish list” under the heading Shopping Cart found on the right hand side of the page.
f) View your order history by clicking “order history” under the heading Your Profile found on the right hand side of the page.
g) Delete your profile should you no long wish to shop with us, by clicking on “delete profile” under the heading Your Profile found on the right hand side of the page.
Whenever you make a change in your account details, you must press the “submit” button at the bottom of the page.
2. I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?
Under the heading “Authentication”, enter your email address and press “Recover Password”
3. What materials will the paper adhere to?
Using the PaperPatch Glue you can stick the decopatch paper to paper, card, wood, pottery, china, ceramics, glass, MDF, plastic and so much more.
4. Can I pay by card over the telephone?
Sorry, for security reasons we do not take payments any other way other than online PayPal card processing.
5. Can we deliver outside of the U.K.?
Sorry, we only deliver to the U.K. and Northern Island.
